Do you want to experience how the cheeses were made in the cheese-making workshop and learn about the artisanal production process?? On the guided tour of the Museum, you will also see life-size reproductions of the merino sheep and the payoya goat, manufacturing utensils and an old cheese factory and you can also taste some varieties of cheeses from the mountains.
