This trail takes us to visit the Spanish fir forest located on the north face of the Sierra del Pinar belonging to the Sierra de Grazalema Natural Park. (Cadiz).
It is a place where special microclimatic conditions of humidity occur., light and temperature that causes a species of fir, known as Pinsapo, can grow and develop.
The route begins right at the gate of the Benamahoma cemetery, ascending progressively and continuously through a hard and flat forest road.. During this journey, oaks, gall oaks and some isolated firs will be the ones that accompany us throughout this journey. When you reach a signposted detour, we will head towards Grazalema, always in continuous ascent until arriving at Puerto del Pinar from where we will enjoy beautiful landscape views.
