Majaceite River – Circular

This trail connects the towns of The forest and Benamahoma following the course of the river, On a fresh and life tour. Once in Benamahoma, the route goes into the mountain, taking a detour that leads us towards a Mediterranean gall oak forest, holm oaks and strawberry trees, a magical environment that invites you to disconnect. The trail ascends gently until reaching higher areas, from where you can enjoy panoramic views as you pass through Albarracinejo, Turbid Waters and Cerro Albarracín. After this section, The path begins its return to complete a circular route that takes us back to El Bosque, passing just in front of the Botanical Garden El Castillejo, an ideal place to learn more about the flora of the Sierra de Grazalema. It is a varied and complete route: riverside freshness, Mediterranean mountain and forest trails, all in one itinerary. Perfect for those seeking nature, landscapes and tranquility.
