We are in the nerve center of the Montes de Propios de Jerez, where much of the infrastructure linked to the main uses of the farm is located, especially cork (cork preparation shed and patio) that we can see to our left and right respectively. And hunting thanks to the hunting of deer and roe deer..
The route runs over Aljibe sandstone soils that will alternate, from time to time, with clayey and heavier areas, known as “bujeos”.
We will ascend gently among the acebuches (bushing areas) and cork oaks (sandstone areas), that will predominate throughout the route, next to groves of replacement pine trees (stone and resin pine) and gall oaks next to watercourses and in shady areas, places where we can have the pleasant surprise of encountering a roe deer or a deer.
